Solution

In order for us to find a solution for police brutality, we must not riot and cause destruction; we must petition and protest. We must get the attention of lawmakers and supreme court judges through peaceful means. We must find a way to let them know that this abuse that we receive from the law enforcement must stop.

THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION!!!

In order for to get justice, where justice is needed, is not through violence, but through the due process of law.

Quotes about police brutality.

"We're not anti-police... anti-police brutality"- Reverend Al Sharpton

"Brutality and insolence of policemen have increased greatly, and the Police Commissioners seldom, if ever, convict officers for these offenses. Humble citizens of all races today are in more danger from the policemen's clubs than they are from the assaults of criminals."- Frank Moss

"If I win and get the money, then the Oakland Police department is going to buy a boys' home, me a house, my family a house, and a Stop Police Brutality Center."- Tupac Shakur

Questions to ponder.

Is it okay for an officer to use excessive force when a suspect is also using excessive force?
Can an officer use excessive force when they feel their life is in danger?
If an officer can use excessive force when they feel their life is in danger, then a should a suspect be allowed to use excessive force if they feel their life is in danger?
